Duit, Duit dan Duit..

Sama ada anda bekerja sendiri atau bekerja makan gaji, cekapkah Anda mengurus kewangan peribadi anda? Dah ada buat bajet sendiri?ohhh.. bagus, bagus.. teruskan.
Sama ada anda pelajar atau penganggur, cemana dengan level pengurusan kewangan Anda, boros atau jimat? atau, asyik nak minta "suntikan modal" dari parents?
Walau apapun, Anda perlu cekap mengurus kewangan. Untuk apa? supaya anda tak susah dikemudian hari. Di sini saya kongsikan beberapa langkah yang saya gunakan dalam mengawal kewangan saya.  
Langkah Pertama... 
Bila anda dah mempunyai pendapatan tetap dari gaji bulanan, disiplinkan diri untuk menyimpan 10% daripada jumlah income anda. Katalah income bulanan anda RM1,000 maka simpanan bulanan anda ialah RM100. Setahun, dah ada RM1200.
  Langkah Kedua... Kawal Perbelanjaan anda. Displin diri amat perlu di sini. Tumpukan pada keperluan anda dan keluarga, makanan, pakaian dan tempat tinggal. Benda lain, jangan fikir terlebih dahulu. Tutup mata dan jalan terus. Seimbangkan dengan pendapatan anda. Kalau income kecil tapi bernafsu besar nak beli itu ini, alamat bankrup jadinya. Lebih baik jadi diri sendiri dan jangan berlagak bagai orang yang banyak duit. Ini pernah terjadi pada saya. Kalau nak beli apa saja kehendak (bukan keperluan) anda, tanya diri anda dengan 3 soalan ini : Apa gunanya kalau saya beli? Berapa lama saya nak guna? Penting sangat ka? Tahankah Ia bertahun lamanya?
 
Langkah Ketiga....
  Cari sumber pendapatan sampingan. Di internet anda boleh jual apa saja produk, ebook, poskad, buku atau apa saja yang bersesuaian dengan minat anda untuk dapatkan wang tambahan. Selain internet, anda boleh guna cara offline, jadi guru tuisyen, buat t-shirt design atau jual burger macam cadangan Chef Li dalam bukunya jutawan senyap. Barang makanan ni senang nak jual. Selain itu, boleh jadi affiliate dan buat program jana wang seperti Adsense dan Adbrite. Semuanya percuma. Kalau boleh, senaraikan kesemua sumber pendapatan anda selain gaji dan bekerja keras untuk mendapat hasil dari setiap satunya. Sampai bila anda mahu berharap dengan gaji anda? Adakah anda dah berpuas hati dengan gaji dengan sedia ada? Ingat, Anda perlu menyimpan untuk masa depan bukan saja untuk masa "emergency" saja. Jadi, mula menyimpan sekarang walau dengan hanya RM10
sahaja.Lepas tu, lupakan duit yang anda simpan tu.
 
   

Get Into the Life You Wish For

Do you spend your days with a longing inside of you?

You know what you want but you don't know how to make it happen? Do you believe it is even possible? Keep yourself flexible, goals can be easily moved, but remember to stick with your plan - it is easier to travel with a map.

3 - Think Positive
Start to embrace change rather than see it as something of disrupt and anxiety. Make positive affirmations daily, telling yourself that you WILL fullfill your goals. You can do whatever you put your mind to - but you must BELIEVE it.

4 - Take Action You can get rid of frustration and doubt by taking baby steps toward your dreams. So you want to run a bistro in France? Well how about starting from TODAY, you seek out language classes, or get a book from the library.

Do something each day that is working toward this goal, even if it is trying out some new recipes or depositing money into a savings account. Remember to keep track of your progress by ticking off your small daily and weekly goals toward your new life.

5 - Persist

This time i talk about money and mind. I can imagine what a lot of people are thinking : "err..Shueqry, How can I attract more money into my life? "How can i get more of the Blue and Purple stuff?" "How can i get more of wealth and prosperity? " "How can i, when I love my job, deal with credit card debt that i have, and the realization that maybe there's a ceiling, a strainer on the money that can come in, cause it's coming to me trough my job? How can I bring in more money?". My answer is..
Intend It.
Declare what wold you like to have from the Universe. If cash is one fo them, say exactly how much would you like to have. For example : " I would like to have Five Thousand Ringgit, unexpected income, within the next thirty days," or whatever it happens to be. It should be believeable to you. Feel it, see it, like it already happened in your mind. If you doubt this (even a little deep inside your heart) it would not work.
Believe me.
  May i ask You this simple question, Do You Believe In Miracles? Owh..you think this is nuts
?So, i see..thats why money didnt come to you. Thats why your life so miserable, full of problems. Because..
 
You Didnt Believe.
It only a matter of time. How, is not important. Leave to the Universe. Let it be natural. To attract more, think more. Keep more tought of cash in your mind. After that, be aware of the opportunity arise. LET GO
all the doubts, include fear of uncertainty.Dont be afraid, angry, depressed, stressed or sad because You're too broke.
  Why? Because, when you keep your FEAR, You give unquestion command to your mind for NOT attracting money. You Feared that money will not come. So it be. The more you think about it, the more it happens on you.

3 Ways People Deal With Failure

There are 3 ways in which people respond to failure. Pattern 1: Give Excuses, Lay Blame and Give Up.
 What some people do when they don't get what they want?  They will start giving themselves lots of excuses and blame everything and everyone around them. They say things like, 'it's not fair', 'I'm just not smart enough' 'It's just too difficult', 'I'm too young' or 'I'm too old', 'I just didn't have the luck', 'the depressed economy affected me'. Feeling helpless and frustrated, this first group will stop taking action and give up! They will resign themselves to their goal being out of reach and live a life of mediocrity.
  Pattern 2: Keep Trying the Same thing Over and Over Again

These are the people who have a lot more determination than the first. When they don't get their outcome, they will not quit.

They will get themselves to take action again. The motto of this group is, 'I failed because I did not try hard enough' 'If I keep trying, I will eventually succeed'.

So they keep taking action, putting in more time, energy and effort. No matter how many times they fail, they just keep trying harder and harder.

Will they eventually achieve their goals? It depends. If they set small, incremental goals, they may, with enough time and effort eventually succeed.

However, if they set big and exceptional goals, like becoming the top in their field, they will never be successful by just trying again and again.

They may experience a better result, but they won't reach the goals they desire. Why?

Because, although they keep taking action, they do not change their strategy.

If you keep using the same approach, you are going to keep getting the same result. I have seen so many professionals and businessmen repeat this limiting pattern, all over again!

 

Pattern 3: Get Feedback, Change Strategy and Take Action Until You Succeed.

So what is the pattern that all successful individuals exhibit?

When they don't achieve their goals, they don't think of it as failure. Instead, they perceive it as feedback.

Either feedback that the strategy they used was ineffective or that they did not take enough action. They then use this feedback to immediately change their strategy and take action again.

If they still don't succeed, they will get more feedback, change their strategy and take action again. They keep repeating this process until they get what they want.

They do whatever it takes. So, remember, every time you don't get what you want, it is life giving you feedback. It is this continuous feedback you need to help you adjust your approach until you hit your target.

My best friend had made me write in English once again, for the second time this week. When he read my last post in Malays, he ask me, "could you write in English?" I didnt believe a kampung boy like you could do that".. what can i say?

Hmm.. looks like he wanna challange me. Well, this time i will give you my 7 great tips to get you and me motivated every day.

You can have the greatest dream in the world, the most fulfilling purpose, and the best education money can buy, but if you cannot get yourself motivated to put it all into action, you will never reach your goals. Never!

Motivation - that is, the ability to get yourself moving - is absolutely essential to any successful endeavor. If you sometimes lag when it comes to this valuable commodity, i suggest you to read on. We'll start these 7 tips with...

1. Your Health.

This may sound like weird advice from me, but energetic, motivated people need to take care of their health. If you feel unmotivated, you might be dealing with a bit of depression or other stress related illness.

Try to get enough sleep, take your vitamins, and get some fresh air and regular exercise. Consider swimming as an option and find a pool nearby to do it. You'll feel more like tackling those dream-related tasks if you feel good.

 

2. Plan Your Work And Work Your Plan.

Take the time to make a list of the things you'd like to accomplish. Hopefully, you have written out your goals earlier and given yourself a plan of action, but just a to do list will make a difference.

Prioritize the items on the list so that you will complete the most important ones. Sometimes just checking off the done items can feel like a great reward, and will motivate you to get started on the next one.

 

3. Set The Time Limit.

Get a timer and tell yourself you only have to work for fifteen minutes, for example. You can quit when the timer rings. Weird?

Chances are, you'll get interested in the job, and will feel like keeping on with it when the timer goes off. It's even possible that you will have completed that particular task.

Often, tasks don't take as long as we think they will. At the very least, you will have worked fifteen minutes. Give yourself a little break and then set the timer again.

5. Quit Trying To Be Perfect.

Be natural. Be yourself. In fact, throw that "perfect" word out of your vocabulary.

Shoot for done and good enough. Feeling like things have to be done perfectly is an invitation to procrastinate.

You don't feel like getting started, because you're afraid you won't do the job perfectly. Well, who does? Accept that no one is perfect, and get started.

 

6. Break The Task Into Tiny, Single Steps.

For example, a writer can break articles down into a sentence at a time. Just write the next sentence.

Kali ini saya ingin bertanya pada anda, apa nak buat bila takde duit? Pastinya, pinjam duit ngan kawan, mintak ngan mak, bapak, kakak atau abang.

Cemana kalau bil datang berlambak, sedangkan anda tak cukup duit nak bayar dan due date dah nak dekat? Apa yang anda rasa dan apa yang anda fikirkan? Geram? Susah hati? Tak Puas Hati Sebab Tak Cukup Duit?

Pernahkah anda rasa berbelanja beli makanan tu sesuatu yang menyeksakan dan mengurangkan DUIT anda?

Adakah anda perasan duit yang ada makin kurang dan income yang ada tak dapat di simpan langsung? Pernahkah anda terfikir apa sebabnya? rasanya, tak pernah.. i am talking about the Law of Cause and Effect.

Kalau anda tak cukup duit, fikirkan tentang banyak duit. Bayangkan anda memegang wang kertas warna Ungu dan Biru yang tebal. Jangan persoalkan kenapa. Jika anda mempersoalkanya, anda seperti tak percaya dengan KUASA MINDA diri sendiri. Jumlahnya? anda yang tentukan.

Lihat diri anda sebagai orang yang sentiasa berduit. Feel it, like it REAL.

Lihat dalam kepala anda, anda sedang memegang duit, rasa kasarnya duit kertas tu, warnanya, nombornya, baunya dan bunyinya bila anda mengira duit tersebut.

Bangkitkan rasa gembira dan rasa gembira sangat-sangat bila anda menerima duit tu. Lebih REAL, lebih baik. Bayangkan sekerap mungkin.

Sekali lagi, apa yang anda fikirkan, akan terjadi. Cuma masa yang menentukan.
