Total Happiness Is A State of Mind?
article by Zubli Zainordin http://totalhappiness.wordpress.com The question - is total happiness a state of mind? My answer is, “no”. Total happiness is not a state of mind. The proof? The mind is a metaphysical space that centers within our physical brain. The “sanubari” is a metaphysical space that centers within our physical heart. In the mind, we see visuals, and images. Thus the techniques of visualization and imagination. These two for the moment, because there are more information on the vast subject of the mind. In the heart, we feel energy, and sensation. Thus the techniques of harnessing of the emotions. Can anyone see total happiness? No. So do you see total happiness, or do you feel total happiness? Of course, you cannot see total happiness, yet you are able to feel total happiness. Therefore, total happiness is not the state of your mind, but a feeling which is a part of your emotions in the heart. Those who go to the mind to obtain total happiness shall not obtain it. Even if an individual think happy thoughts, yet she or he cannot attain total happiness or be totally happy, unless she or he feel a totally happy emotion, then only she or he is in total happiness.
